Classes

See below for information on the different sessions on offer and what you can expect from different classes.

Thursday, 6:30-7:30pm at The Strand Centre, Dawlish
A yoga class suitable for beginners with some general mobility and those who practice regularly. This flow class will help you to improve strength and find energy moving through positions and focussing on breath. 

Monday, 6:30-7:30pm, at The Manor House, Dawlish

Wednesday, 6pm-7pm, at Cockwood Village Hall Cockwood

This class is a gentler flow with more supported movement through poses using plenty of props,  which is perfect for those who are completely new to yoga, or needing to ease back into practice. We focus on starting to bring back some flexibility and gradually building strength. We'll use breath and relaxtion of the body to set you up for the week ahead.

Beach Yoga in Teignmouth and Dawlish

Saturdays 9:30-10:30 at Back Beach/The Point, Teignmouth

 

Feel the sand between your toes and the sea breeze around you whilst joining me for a refreshing yoga flow for all levels, on the beach in Teignmouth. A chance to see in the weekend with an hour of relaxing and refreshing yoga.
